Just finished a new painting!

Acrylic on canvas board, 5" x 7".

My cat, Bruce, just walked across a wet painting.  I guess I'm not the only one here who thinks he's an artist!    :)

I made some adjustments to this painting, and now consider it done!

I've taken a break from the Spanish landscape painting.  I'm not sure if I'll go back to it, but I'll at least post one more update on it!

Today makes 39 years since Bruce Lee passed away.  He may be gone, but he's still kicking butt!


On a happier note, I'll be showing two paintings at the 40 Art Show, at Phoenix Art Supplies in Doylestown tonight.  (Opening reception, 7:00 to 9:00 pm).  The show runs through the week-end, come and see it if you can!   :-)

This is the first stage of a new painting.  It's based on a photo that I took at Segovia, Spain, looking out from the top of castle Alcazar, to the road below!

On a sadder note, Andy Griffith died today.  He'll be missed.  But he's reunited with Barney now!
